Directions
Turn from Norbeck Road on to Hannans Way by the speed camera. Then take an immediate right on to Norbeck Rd service rd. Drive to the end of the road, follow the parking sign to turn left down our driveway. Please park in one of the numbered parking spots, or the Handicapped parking spot.

Want to book an appointment online?
If your pet is sick please call to make an appointment, so we can make sure they are seen with the appropriate urgency.
If you are a new client, CLICK HERE to be taken to our New Client Registration Form. Then give us a call to schedule your appointment, or continue into the Pet Portal and click on the “Create account” button under the “New to Practice” heading.
If you are an existing client, CLICK HERE to be taken to the Pet Portal.
If you’ve never used the Pet Portal before click on the “Find your account” button under the “Already Visited the Practice” heading. Fill in the requested information, and you should receive an email with instructions on how to log in to your Pet Portal account that is linked to our system and your pets records.
If you already have a Pet Portal account click on “Log in to your account” button.
Once Logged in, scroll to the bottom of the page and see Your Pets. Click on Request appointment under the Pet. You can then list times that work for you along with a description of why you want an appointment. We will receive an email with the request and respond as soon as possible with your scheduled appointment information.

Unfortunately due to high demand, and our commitment to the quality of care we provide, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, we will be forced to reschedule your appointment.
