Want to request a prescription refill to be picked up in the clinic

If you’ve never used the Pet Portal before click on the “Find your account” button under the “Already Visited the Practice” heading. Fill in the requested information, and you should receive an email with instructions on how to log in to your Pet Portal account that is linked to our system and your pets records.
If you already have a Pet Portal account click on “Log in to your account” button. When setting up a new account, please use the same owner name, address, phone number, email that is on your account in our clinic system.
Once Logged in, scroll to the bottom of the page and see Your Pets. Click on the Pet whose prescription you would like to refill. Find the medication you would like refilled on the right and click on the “Refill Request” link. An email will be sent to the clinic requesting a refill of the prescription that will need to be approved by the Veterinarian. This approval process may take 1-2 business days.
Want to order your medication online to be shipped to your house

Click “Sign in” top right hand corner and follow prompts to either log in or create an account. When setting up a new account, please use the same owner name, address, phone number, email that is on your account in our clinic system.
Search for any medications that you might want filled and delivered like HEARTGARD® Plus Dog Chews, Felimazole™ Tablets, or Rimadyl® Caplets. Select the medication and quantity that you want and click the “Add To Cart” button. When you’re ready to check out click on the shopping cart icon in the top left corner, and click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
For each medication you are ordering, select the pet you would like the prescription filled for in the drop-down menu labeled “Pet Info.” If you don’t have the appropriate pet saved to your account yet click “Add New Pet” from the drop-down menu, and fill out the prompted information.
After you have checked out, any requests for prescription medications will require approval by a Veterinarian before they will be shipped.
